help with coping after a divorce
I am still hurting quite bad and feel devastated
and was hoping to learn from you people. I normally have all the answers but for once I feel lost and pretty desperate. I go through so many emotions in a day and just feel totally out of control. Perhaps you people can give me some tips on how to avoid the pitfalls that I am sure are out there. I do not believe that one gets married to get divorced some time soon but the reality is something quite different. Any advice would be truly appreciated

hello
Hey, I feel your pain and what you are going through. I have been there! I started writing about my divorce and it actually helped. Maybe you could to, just start freewriting and getting it out on paper. You can find my story at http://virginiamilitarydivorce.blogspot.com/
