Who moves out!

I have been married for 27 years and have been having trouble for over 15. Our kids have grown and moved out and I can't seem to get it threw my husband head t that I am serious about a divorce. Once I file will I have to be the one to move out of the house? I have left before and promised myself I would never leave again.

Depends

It really depends on a number of things. Honestly, this is probably somehting you want to talk with a lawyer about, even in a free consult.
