Boston Marathon Bombing incident - international terrorism?

The Boston bombing that occurred at the end of the Boston Marathon is a tragedy, but its makes me even sadder to think that it's not something that came out of nowhere, in the sense that so many terrible tragedies have occurred so recently.

But was this international terrorism or just another local mental health problem in a troubled and disturbed person?

Either way, it's sickening, but what do you think?
