Hello,
Can anyone tell me where to get a good rate for hotel in Cartagena?

Orbitz
The best place I have seen, is orbits. They have a rate of $70 for the Hilton. There normal are is about $150.
You have to book at least 21 days in advance on Orbitz.com, paid in advance not cancelation.
Price is incredible for that hotel. Please note that you will not get that price during high season or during conventions
