Child suppor
I married a Russian woman. She came to the US a couple years ago. We hardly live together since she went back to Russia, and then came back pregnant. I'll do a DNA test. The questions I have, if the child is mine, how is child support determined? Also, she has another child living in Russia, the child gets some child support from his bio father, am I going to provide for that child also? She has only a temporary green card, but now she is pursuing the green card. If the child is mine, can the child leave the country? Thanks for all comments....
